Overview
SAIS bridges technology and business expertise in diverse functional areas, including financial, logistics, and human resources. We are a Directorate within IS&T. Our core purpose is to provide outstanding service around high impact, enterprise-wide and departmental business solutions.
We are an organization that:
- is widely recognized throughout the Institute as the service provider with a one door, one answer" and a "customer first" attitude
- acts as a catalyst for efficient, cost-effective, integrated and standardized business practices throughout MIT
- reaches out to customers to increase collaboration and coordination across the Institute
- develops relationships outside the Institute in order to advance SAP's position in higher education
- is a model for project management, with a focus on continuous improvement
- is professional and accountable
