Contact us with any request. If it is outside our area of responsibility, we can either hand it off to the appropriate person for you, or direct you to another resource.
Requests within our scope:
- Building services: Office temperature; fans/space heaters; water leaks; unwelcome critters; restrooms
- Office equipment/office supplies: Copier/fax machines; paper and pens; kitchen items
- Meeting/events arrangements: Calendar coordination; Audio and conference room reservations; food arrangements; AV equipment
- Travel: Travel research and booking; trip reporting (based on information provided by traveler).
- Moves: We'll coordinate as much or as little as you want – movers, boxes, telephones
- Parking: Visitor parking passes; annual parking pass allocation; All Lot placards
- Personal assistance/special projects: Special orders (books, materials, equipment); subscription renewals; copying/collating materials; CopyTech orders; faxing; data entry; special mailings
We also routinely help with:

- Calendars and flipcharts
