Steven Wade Neiterman Award: Nomination Form

 

Nominator Criteria

Any member of the MIT community with a part-to-full time MIT appointment. At least 50% of the nominee's effort should be directed toward IT. Members of the Information Services and Technology Leadership Team and the Selection Committee are excluded from the nomination process.

Nominee Criteria

Any member of the Administrative/Staff Community with a part-to-full time appointment may be nominated. The nominee must be a strong individual contributor in a team environment. This contribution should be exemplified through their career at MIT.

Nomination Criteria

The nomination should be concise with clear examples of IT activities exemplifying the six criteria of the award:

  • Collaborative problem solving
  • Coaching colleagues
  • Team building
  • Sharing knowledge
  • Doing
  • Commitment to MIT

Be sure to include explicit examples of collaborative problem solving, coaching colleagues, team building, sharing knowledge, doing, and commitment to MIT.
