In the spirit of One IS&T, we are constantly striving to find ways to be more transparent. MIT policies and IS&T guidelines are meant to provide a framework for us to handle situations that affect our well-being at work. The guidelines that follow are either links directly to MIT's policies and procedures or guidelines IS&T has interpreted and aligned with our philosophy. These are intended to allow for consistency and equitable treatment of all employees. The goal is to provide a "one-stop shop" for staff to refer to these guidelines. As the need arises, additional guidelines and practices may be created or our existing ones may be modified.
