To help mitigate the impacts of COVID-19 and best support MIT community members as they engage in activities remotely, IS&T has increased its capacity for BeyondTrust’s (formerly Bomgar) Secure Remote Support software, and will begin offering the service to all IT support providers today, free of charge.
