The SAP production environment will be unavailable this weekend from 5 p.m. Friday, December 2, until 6 a.m. Monday, December 5 for scheduled system maintenance. During this outage SAP’s Year End Support and Enhancement Packs will be installed, bringing MIT’s SAP implementation up to the most current support pack level required for 2017 AP and HR/Payroll system compliance.

SAP, ECAT, and all Atlas SAP activity, including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests will be inaccessible during this maintenance period.

The Data Warehouse will be available throughout the weekend with data from SAP as of the end of day, Thursday, December 1. On Monday, December 5, the Data Warehouse will include the data entered between Friday, December 2 and Sunday, December 4.

In addition to this communication, reminder notices will be posted as banner messages for related Web services as well as log-on messages on SAPGUI.
