One-on-One Consultations

The Data Warehouse staff is also available for one-on-one consultations, in cases where your questions might not be answered in the course of a user group meeting, or where special attention is needed. Contact warehouse@mit.edu to make arrangements.

Specialized Training

In addition to the IS&T BrioQuery Level 1 and 2 courses offered by the training staff in the Learning Center, the Data Warehouse staff offer specialized courses in BrioQuery reporting. These classes are available on an as-needed basis and are customized for your particular area.

User Group

The Data Warehouse User Group meets most Thursdays starting at 1:30 pm in NE49-3rd Floor (Little Cayman). Data Warehouse staff members are available for hands-on help during this time.

You are welcome to drop by to discuss problems you might be having with a query--just bring along a memory stick or CD. Also, you can meet other BrioQuery users and share information and tips with them.

If you would like to attend a scheduled user group but don't think you will arrive before 2:00 pm, please notify us via email, and we will wait for you, or make other arrangements to assist you. (This policy will keep us available to help you, yet give us flexibility to return to other tasks if there are "no takers" for a particular user group session.)
