IS&T Project Management Framework: Project Reviews

IS&T's project review process is a facilitative approach that actively engages a number of key project staff and senior IS&T members in discussion of the success targets, dependencies, and issues of a project.

  • Goal of the review
    • Project Success
    • There are no surprise issues in 3 months
  • Review is internal to IS&T, but includes representation from across IS&T
  • Proactively identify risks and generate potential mitigation strategies
  • Opportunity to surface issues with 'no fear of repercussions'
