Web Browsers at MIT

MIT relies on the Web to deliver critical information, services, and applications to members of the MIT community. Among the criteria for determining which browsers are to be supported by IS&T is the support of x.509 digital certificates for accessing secure web sites at MIT. The following summarizes the current recommended and supported browsers at MIT.

Note: It is important that all web browser versions be current with the operating system, and that all critical browser patches be current.
