Firefox 3.0 is a component of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7 and 5.2 operating systems. You can receive automatic updates to all components of Red Hat Enterprise Linux via the Red Hat Network service (free to MIT community with registration).
System Requirements
Below are the requirements needed in order to run Firefox 3.0.x at MIT.
- Computer/Processor: Intel Pentium III or faster (Pentium IV or better recommended)
- Operating System: Red Hat Enterprise 4.7 and 5.2
- Memory: 256 MB
- Disk Space: 52 MB
