About This Version

Stretch Break 6.3 for Windows is the latest version of the typing break program from Para Technologies. The program reminds you to take periodic breaks from your computer and provides stretches and ergonomic information.

Users can customize and select:

  • From 36 stretches and 21 ergonomic reminder messages
  • The time interval between breaks (default is 30 minutes)
  • Where the "Time to Stretch" reminder appears on their display
  • Sounds or music during stretch period

Download Now via MIT Software Distribution.
This software is made available free of charge to authorized members of the MIT community.

Stretch Break Pro is available through an MIT site license.

You will also be asked to fill out a short registration form. While this form is optional, the information you provide is useful to the MIT Ergonomics Committee in ensuring future expenditures on break software.

System Requirements

Below are the requirements needed in order to run Stretch Break Pro 6.3 at MIT.

  • Computer/Processor: 486+ MHz Pentium
  • Operating System: Windows XP or Vista
  • Memory: 512 MB RAM
  • Disk Space: 28 MB
