OverviewMIT's classes of telephone service and restrictions are described below. Procedures for placing telephone calls are described on the Telephone Dialing Instructions page. If you are unsure as to the class of service of your telephone, check with your Administrative Officer or Telephone Customer Service Representative. If you try to place a call outside the restrictions of your class, you will hear a recording or a fast busy signal. Classes of Service
