Most services offered are free, however some are fee-based in order to recover our costs. Fee-based services are:

Software services ($60/hour) which include:

  • data backup and recovery
  • operating system and application installs and upgrades
  • spyware and virus detection and removal

Out-of-warranty hardware repairs: charges are the cost of parts, and labor ($60/hour)
