Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I expect on-campus support for all products for which Element K offers a course?
No. Some of the courses are taught on IS&T supported software, others are not. It will be only for those supported products that you can receive help from the IS&T Help Desk. Other courses are offered to allow the MIT community to learn about other products that they might wish to use. We do not recommend, nor support, the use of those products in the MIT environment.
Where can I expect to get support for using the Element K product?
If you have a problem either using the Element K site or with a course, you should first go to the Element K Support Options page. If it is more technical, connect directly to the Element K technical support page. At this time, the IS&T Help Desk is not assisting users of the Element K website.
