play (sox)

Description: on Linux machines, front-end to sox audio player; plays files in a variety of audio formats

Note: *There is a version of {}play in the {}audio* locker but it does not seem to be working properly at the moment.

RealPlayer

Description: audio/video player for files in Real and other formats

Note: You will likely get a variety of error messages on launch but RealPlayer should work anyway; if you get an error message like "cannot open the audio device" you can likely fix this be deleting your ~/.config/real directory and all of its contents
