Report an Incident

 

This form will send email to members of MIT's Security Support Team. Contact them if your issue falls into one of the following four categories:

General IT Security Issue

  • If you have questions on general IT security topics
  • If you suspect to have had a network intrusion or other IT security incident

Sensitive Data Issue

  • If you suspect there has been a data breach in which legally protected data was accessed without authorization

DMCA Incident

  • If you suspect a violation of electronic copyright has occurred
  • If you are involved in a DMCA incident

Stopit Issue

  • If you are filing a complaint about an offensive or obnoxious email or web page
