Dropbox is a file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. Dropbox for Business is available to the entire MIT community.
Spam filtering for MIT's email service scans all incoming email messages.
Messages identified as spam are delivered to your Junk folder instead of being delivered to your inbox. You can use any mail clients to review messages in your Junk folder, but only OWA and Outlook allow you to manage your block/allow lists.
IS&T supports Webex and MIT VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) audio and web conferencing tools and makes them available to the MIT community.
IS&T provides and supports two email list services: Athena/Moira and Mailman.
On Windows and Macintosh, Jabber is the instant messaging (IM) system that allows MIT users to communicate with one another and Jabber users elsewhere on the internet.
