Due to network issues with this operating system, MIT users should not upgrade under any circumstances at this time. You may experience varied network and VPN drops which impact your ability to do work.
Licensing
macOS Sequoia is available from the Apple App Store, but we recommend against installation at this time.

- Create a bootable installer for macOS for mass deployment

CrashPlan – CrashPlan is currently not supported but remains functional. CrashPlan will be supported when version 11.5 is released.

Crowdstrike – CrowdStrike Falcon is currently not supported and the vendor does not recommend upgrades until there is a supported version.

Kerberos Extras for Mac – Kerberos Extras for Mac will fail to install. If you already have it installed prior to your OS upgrade the software will continue to run. Sophos - Sophos is now fully supported with the release of 2024.3. Devices will automatically upgrade to this version.
