How to obtain

With the release of release of 26.0, macOS Tahoe is now ready for testing on MIT devices. There are currently no known issues.

About this Version 
  • BeyondTrust - BeyondTrust 25.3.1 and up are supported.
  • Citrix Workspace - Citrix Workspace 25.08.0.48 and up are supported.
  • CrashPlan - CrashPlan 11.8.0 and up are supported.
  • CrowdStrike – CrowdStrike Falcon 7.29 and up are supported.
  • GlobalProtect - GlobalProtect installs and functions but is not yet supported.
  • Kerberos Extras for Mac – Kerberos Extras for Mac will fail to install. If you already have it installed prior to your OS upgrade the software will continue to run. Users who need tickets should follow the steps outlined here.
  • Microsoft Office - Office version 16.101 and up are supported.
  • Sophos - Sophos 2025.2 and up are supported. Devices will auto upgrade to this version or higher.
