How to obtain
Important: IS&T does not provide support, downloads, or media for any Salesforce product MIT and Salesforce have a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for the following two Salesforce products only:
- Lightning Sales Cloud Unlimited
- Enterprise Edition
Note: MIT Lincoln Lab and the Whitehead Institute employees are not covered by MIT's license.
Salesforce has a large portfolio of different products—each with its own licensing model, terms and conditions, and cost—which are not covered in MIT MSA. Any purchase of Salesforce products not covered in the MSA (see above) are subject to MIT policy.

Note: Many component pieces may be required to perform what you wish to achive by using Salesforce. Some development is required to connect components together. Consult the MIT Salesforce Special Interest Group for feedback on each of their DLC's goals and setups. Their wiki page lists the vendors that they have used.
